Kind Words
Thank you so much!
~T:)
............................................................
Dear Tracy and Michelle-
First of all, let me say that you two are some of the most talented people I have ever come across. Michelle; your makeup made me both look and feel beautiful! Although we had some problems with my horrifying static-cling hair, I could NOT have been happier with the results!
Tracy; I am so grateful to you for making this experience as amazing as it really was. I'm normally very shy (as if you couldn't tell!) about this kind of thing and you made me feel like I am allowed to be comfortable in my own skin. I have grown a renewed sense of self-confidence as a result of these pictures, and I know Josh will LOVE them. Boudoir pictures are something that both he and I would never expect me to do, and I am so proud to be able to show Josh what I've been keeping from him! He asks me about every other day what I'm getting him as a wedding present, and why I had to drive 3 hours to get it. He'll just have to wait ;-) Thank you again Michelle and Tracy for making me look beautiful and helping me to bring out my inner sexy self!

Oh La La!!!! Miss C's beautiful boudoir preview...
Miss C put together her wardrobe for the session and picked a variety of outfits that were fun, sexy and really complimented her style. Here are a few tame shots and the rest are for “his eyes only”….

Annie & Jordan
The reception was held at the beautiful Metropolitan Club in Covington, Ky. You couldn't keep people off the dance floor, stagemonster kept them moving all night long! Annie & Jordan, you were such a pleasure to be around--thank you and congratulations!
The handsome groom...
Not sure if you can see on this small image but there are tears running down Annie's sweet face as she dances with her dad.
Experimenting a little with textures. What do you think? I love it but my little Skyler said..."mommy I just don't understand why you are making this look old and I don't like when you take the color out of a picture;)" lol
Favorite garter shot ever!!!
Love this....
Annie and Jordan have the most amazing smiles....

Save me from myself
I LOVE this song from Christina Aguilera entitled: Save me from myself. The video pays tribute to her husband. Filled with their wedding imagery combined with such beautiful lyrics, this video is so crazy special....

Jen & Justin has to be one of the nicest couples we had the pleasure of working with. They laugh together a lot and that's the perfect recipe for a great marriage!

The weather was unbelievable for the end of December...we took most of the pictures outside! So lucky....

A Dog's Purpose (from a 6-year-old)
Steph a bride of mine emailed this to me today and I had to share. It's so sweet.
A Dog's Purpose (from a 6-year-old).
Being a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish Wolfhound named Belker. The dog's owners, Ron, his wife, Lisa, And their little boy, Shane, were all very attached to Belker, and they were hoping for a miracle. I examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. I told the Family we couldn't do anything for Belker, and offered to perform The euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home. As we made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told me they thought it would Be good for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure. They felt As though Shane might learn something from the experience.
The next day, I felt the familiar catch in my throat as Belker's Family surrounded him. Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog forThe last time, that I wondered if he understood what was going on. Within a few minutes, Belker slipped peacefully away.
The little boy seemed to accept Belker's transition without any difficulty or confusion. We sat together for a while after Belker's death, wondering aloud about the sad fact that animal lives are shorter than human lives. Shane, who had been listening quietly,
Piped up, "I know why."
Startled, we all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned me. I'd never heard a more comforting explanation.
He said, "People are born so that they can learn how to live a good Life -- like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?" The six-year-old continued, "Well, dogs already know how to do that, so They don't have to stay as long."
Live simply.
Love generously.
Care deeply.
Speak kindly.
Remember, if a dog was the teacher you would learn things like:
When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure Ecstasy.
Take naps.
Stretch before rising.
Run, romp, and play daily.
Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass.
On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
Be loyal.
Never pretend to be something you're not.
If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle Them gently.
ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY!
