Andrea and Matt were married on lucky 7-7-07.

I had originally planed to take this day off but Andrea was more than convincing;)…and I’m so happy I was part of their day! It was a wonderful and I was thrilled to be your photographer. Best wishes for a fantastic marriage.Thanks, you two!

What an absolute blast….Andrea told me her dad was a bit long winded… But wow… what a speech!

From the time that he took off his suit jacket to reveal his short sleeve tee and black bib overhauls, each funny story….than all the meaningful words he spoke about his daughter, new son-in-law, wife, son & daughter-in-law to be….hey I told you he was long winded;) Really it was super touching, funny and embarrassing all rolled into one!!! Great shot taken by my wonderful assistant Misty!

2005 Wedding Couple

It’s just the coolest thing to see a past bride and groom again and as parents. Mark and Pam stopped by the studio a few week ago with their sweet little baby girl "Maddie".

Katie and Mike wanted their engagement photo's taken at UD, they both went to school there so it has special meaning to them. This was my first time on the campus (very strange I'd never been there...I know) lol...anyways I was pleasantly surprised at all the great photo opportunities.

Another perfect and very emotional wedding. I completely adore this sweet couple....I was immediately taken with Amanda when we first met. Not only is she adorable, her beauty is truly more than skin deep. She is such a wonderful person and I don't think she has any idea how gorgeous she is. Shannon is not so bad either;)

Jayne & Jim
You totally got it… typically I have to teach my clients how to be natural in front of the camera. Your images are so real and that’s why I love them so-so much.

Jayne and Jim dated in high school-broke up & came back together over 40 years later.
Both are battling cancer and wanted to have a very special photo session taken. I told Jayne to sit down and think about everything they truly enjoy and maybe something they had always wanted to do. Well when I arrived at their home she was totally prepared with her list…..

1st on the list: Years ago Jim had seen a picture of a man in an empty stadium and had always thought that would be a neat photograph.

Love this one: They are known for baking wonderful tasty pies=)

Another special thing on the list: spending time with their grandson

Jim was so kind to share his pie crust recipe with me so I’m going to share with you guys….

Pie Crust
2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 large egg yoke
¼ cup of ice water
Refrig 1 hour

Note: I have never ever made my hubby a pie so I'm going to give it a try. I don't think it will look anything like this one;)
